KorkeTrigger guide
A modern HTTP remote for Apple Watch
The simple idea of an HTTP button on your wrist, with a current iPhone workflow.
The familiar idea
If you used iControl Web to trigger URLs from Apple Watch, KorkeTrigger addresses a similar need: configure a reachable HTTP endpoint and make it available as a button. KorkeTrigger is an independent app and is not affiliated with iControl Web.
Configure on iPhone
Create profiles and Watch pages in the iPhone app instead of maintaining a configuration file by hand. Actions support GET, POST and PUT, Basic authentication, custom headers, optional JSON or form request bodies and configurable success status codes. Synchronize the selected profile to Watch.
You can also make selected actions available in iPhone Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and share a profile through the iOS Share Sheet. When sharing without credentials, passwords, custom header values and URL query values are cleared from the exported copy; review request bodies and the rest of the profile yourself before sharing.
Check the route
The Watch connects to the endpoint directly. A local server, webhook or VPN address only works when the Watch can reach it. Test on the actual device and use HTTPS where possible.
Put your endpoint within reach.
KorkeTrigger is a one-time purchase. Check the App Store for your regional price.
